About the show

Staging the collision between an American soldier and an Iraqi girl blogger, You Are Dead. You Are Here. dramatizes their dueling perspectives in one riveting performance. This premiere collaboration from Transit Lounge employs a highly innovative multi-media approach, drawing on cutting edge military technology while speaking to the video-game generation. You Are Dead. You Are Here. is a haunting story for the digital age that taps a hidden but powerful need to bear witness and come to terms with recent wars.
