About the show
Teatro Hugo & Ines combines mime, dance, and puppetry to create a riot of characters using just the performers' knees, feet, hands, elbows, and a handful of props. Each performance introduces a parade of memorable beings who, in their brief moments on the scene, play out the poetic moments of daily life. Don't miss Peruvian puppeteers Ines Pasic and Hugo Suarez, last seen in New York in 1998, in the Dorothy B. Williams Theatre for
only 6 performances!
Teatro Hugo & Ines offer a discussion about their background with mime theater and puppetry; Introduction to simple puppetry and building easy figures with hands and other parts of the body. A pre-show workshop with refreshments courtesy Freixenet on April 24 at 5:30pm (for ages 8+) RSVP: firstname.lastname@example.org
