Tree Pop, An Imaginative Pageant Amongst the Pines-An Ode to Friends That Leave & Objects That Speak Lake Simons & John Dyer

Jim Henson Foundation

Tree Pop ran November 30 - December 10, 2017 in HERE's Dorothy B. Williams Theater.

About the show

We share our small community of eccentric characters in our very own pretend outcrop on the side of a mountain far far away. Our train conductor welcomes you to travel around the tiny town and through the woods on a miniature train, which runs around the perimeter of our playing area - In the center trees grow, dance, and walk around, a poet houses a family of displaced birds in his beard, a woman lifts off the ground in her pigeon shoes, and a creature lurks.
