HERE is looking for a development fellow to assist the busy day-to-day operations of a three-member Development Department. Responsibilities will include donor data management and relations, generating donation receipts and funder communications, assisting with individual donor campaigns and special events, and, for the right candidate, grant writing and reporting.

Candidates must possess strong writing skills, be detail oriented, be capable of staying focused in a busy environment, and thrive at working independently. This is a great opportunity for those looking to garner experience with non-profit arts fundraising, and to understand the relationship between financial development and season programming.

Interns/Fellows at HERE are at the center of the very busy operation of a non-profit theatre organization and all producing activities. Although the Development Fellow will concentrate on the daily operations of the development department, they may be asked to assist in other areas of HERE's operations throughout the internship. Fellows are often given the opportunity to work with HERE's resident artists on their productions. They are also able see any HERE productions free of charge and have access to other perks that are made available to the HERE staff.

If interested, please send a résumé and letter of intent to Wei-ming Liu Egelman, Institutional Giving Manager, at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). For this position, you must be available to work 15-20 hours per week, from January through end of May 2019. A weekly stipend of $100 and school credits are available.
