18 Paintings Dylan Stephen Levers

18 Paintings played from May 4-7, 2011 in the Dorothy B. Williams Theatre.

About the show

A battle between shadow and light.

A stampede of stillness.

A pas de deux between a triangle and a circle.

18 Paintings is a movement theatre piece that examines the stasis of moving images. Or the drama of static images. Using elements of iconography, duration, color, shape and line, director Dylan Stephen Levers explores the creative act of viewing art.
