In 2001, HERE launched its Secure HERE’s Future capital campaign, with the mutual goals of ensuring our long-term financial stability and securing a permanent home. This two-phased campaign has featured a capacity building phase and a capital phase. We successfully completed the capacity building phase, which involved stabilizing staff; enhancing our institutional profile; and increasing and diversifying contributed income. The capital phase of the campaign has a goal of $5.5 million of which we’ve raised $4 million, with $1.5 million remaining.
