SUMMARY:Collective Healing Event
DESCRIPTION:Join us at HERE for a pre-election collective healing\, grieving\, and community-building ritual that includes healers\, bodywork practitioners\, musicians\, and dancers. \n\nArtists and friends of HERE will be providing a variety of offerings from reiki to tarot to herbal healing. Artist Treya Lam will be showing pieces of their new album/altar otherland. Ras Badejo and Helen Shirley will be providing reiki. Savannah Schmidt will be leading a workshop called Twerk & Affirm\, a beginner-friendly twerk session set to music that raises your vibration. Lila Blue & Jillian Jetton\, will share excerpts from a new musical about Hilma af Klint; Marie Lloyd Paspe will share a solo piece incorporating dance\, sound art\, and soup. \nThroughout the event\, there will be continued sessions in HERE’s lounge\, with timed workshops and performances in rep in the DOT.
