Light Bites by chop // serve

chop // serve is a (developing) food and hospitality project based in Lenapehoking (“Brooklyn, NY”). We offer intentional, personable, and unique dining experiences across the greater New York metro area. Our services span from full-service, multi-course events to convenient, contactless drop-offs. While every member of our team brings deep skillsets forged across the hospitality industry, they are joined by shared values and practices from their ongoing collaborations in grassroots food justice work. chop // serve is guided by not just what we love to eat and feed others, but also our shared commitment to being conscious actors in our ecosystems and co-creating accessible food systems with our communities. Our cuisine centers whole-animal butchery, seasonal expression, and global influences we’ve engaged with over our team’s personal and professional lives.
