If you’d like to stay a while, we have local beer on tap, wine, snacks and free Wi-Fi in the HERE Lounge. The bar is open one hour before show time, but our doors are open all day long.

Late Seating
Due to the intimate nature of HERE’s performance space, regrettably there will be no late seating.
Refunds
Requests for ticket exchanges or refunds cannot be granted for any reason.
Student & Seniors Rush
Elementary, high school, and college students, and seniors, can get a free rush ticket to any show at HERE upon presenting valid ID. There is a limit of 1 ticket per person, and the ticket will be given out just before the House closes and the show begins. Entirely subject to availability.

HERE offers free tickets to military personnel and their immediate families.

HERE is now a mask-optional space. All patrons attending HERE performances and events will no longer be required to wear masks.
We ask all audience members to please stay home if they have a sore throat, are feeling sick in any other way, or have been recently exposed to COVID-19, and to please contact the box office for refunds or exchanges.
All of our performers, technicians, and staff members are required to be fully vaccinated and masked unless they are onstage performing. Additionally, they are participating in an active testing regimen to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Both of HERE’s spaces are wheelchair accessible, and fully compliant with ADA requirements. Please note that the bathrooms and the Dorothy B. Williams Theatre are downstairs. We suggest leaving yourself additional travel time. A HERE staff member is always be available on site to assist, but if you’d like to let us know your particular needs in advance please email tickets@here.org before coming, so we can better prepare for your arrival.
