Currently, the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) is drafting its rules and regulations for the following segments of New York’s legal cannabis industry:
● Medical Cannabis Home Cultivation Revised Regulations – the REVISED regulations are available for public comment until July 25th, 2022.
● Proposed Packaging, Labeling, Marketing and Advertising Regulations – The PROPOSED regulations are available for public comment until August 15th, 2022
●  Proposed Laboratory Testing Regulations – The PROPOSED regulations are available for public comment until August 15th, 2022
