After her husband’s death in 2011, a celebrated photographer’s widow begins sorting his studio for a major bequest and retrospective. She discovers a hidden portfolio containing images unlike any of his known work: intense, emotional photographs from 1970 — explicit nudes of an underaged woman. When the now-adult subject learns of their existence, she demands they be destroyed. The widow is forced to confront a shattering dilemma: preserve her husband’s artistic legacy or honor the subject’s demand for erasure.
