Chimera
Jennifer Samuels has just discovered that she is her own twin. Welcome to the world of Chimera, a startling new piece of theatre exploring the medical phenomenon of containing two different kinds of DNA in one body. What happens when technology shatters our ideas of who we think we are?
Commissioned, developed, and produced by HERE as part of the HARP Residency Program. Developed at the Workhaus Collective; the Playwrights’ Center PlayLabs Festival of New Plays; the Perry Mansfield New Works Festival with support from Actors Theatre of Louisville; New Dramatists with support from the Creativity Fund; and the Swarthmore Project in Theatre at Swarthmore College.
