After Ever Happily Ever After
Once upon a time, in a land far, far away…
Kaso Jogi’s new play “After Ever Happily Ever After,” written and directed by Saori Aoki, featuring the original music of Makoto Honda, and starring Koji Higuchi, Madoka Suehiro, and many more, is about what happens to the fairy tale characters after the book has been long-closed. These are characters we recognize, but something isn’t quite right…! How will it all end? The audience will have to decide! All the way from Tokyo, Japan, the 1h20m show is performed in Japanese with English dialog projected on a screen. It features an energetic cast, original songs, and vivid costumes and makeup. Audiences will find themselves humming along and thinking about how to become the writers of their own stories.
