Music Lessons

Music Lessons takes us on a adventure of Ed’s personal journey studying music and theatre. From his hometown in southern West Virginia to well-known New York institutions like Columbia University, HB Studios, and the Juilliard School, Ed plays a wide variety of colorful characters – giving special attention to his main mentors: a histrionic operatic diva and an impossible Viennese acting teacher who directed his first play. This is a piece about longing, love, loss, becoming an artist, and the simple glory of being alive.
